Clian Studio respects the rights of creators and rightsholders. The service is open to its users, but reports of unauthorized use are reviewed seriously.
No prior review
We do not review or verify the rights behind every title before it is uploaded or processed. Users are responsible for making sure they have permission to use the work in Clian Studio.
Submitting a report
To report a copyright concern, email copyright@clian.studio with the work you own, the relevant title or workspace information, your authority to act, the reason for the report and a way to reach you.
Review and action
We assess reports in good faith and may ask for more information from either party. When our review identifies an infringement, we may limit access to the relevant content or suspend the workspace responsible for it.
Counter-notification
If a user believes content was restricted by mistake, they may send a counter-notification to copyright@clian.studio. It should identify the affected content, explain why the decision should be reconsidered and include contact information so we can review it.
