Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy credits. If you use Clian Studio for a studio or publisher, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Credits are prepaid units used to process chapters. Credits do not expire. Each chapter uses a fixed number of credits at the time you start processing it.

We may change the number of credits required for future chapter processing when infrastructure or processing costs change. This does not remove or reduce credits already in your balance. We will show the required credits before you start a chapter.

You can request a refund within seven calendar days of buying credits. If some credits from that purchase have already been used, we refund the unused balance proportionally. After seven days, credits are not refundable except for duplicate charges, payment errors or a failure of the service.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer right required by applicable law. To request a refund, email support@clian.studio.

Clian Studio is an open production service. We do not proactively verify ownership or publishing rights for every title uploaded to the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to upload, localize and publish the content you use.

Do not use Clian Studio to violate another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights. We review credible reports of infringement and may suspend access to content or a workspace after our review identifies a violation. Users can submit a counter-notification if they believe a decision was made in error.
