Privacy

We handle the information needed to operate an account, the content and project details you add to a workspace, and messages you send to our team for support.

We use workspace content to provide processing, review, translation and typesetting features. It is not made visible to other Clian Studio customers.

By default, we may also use content to train and improve Clian Studio's internal models. If you do not want your workspace content used for that purpose, email privacy@clian.studio. We will mark the workspace accordingly.

Some processing uses external model providers. Those providers do not retain your workspace content for their own storage or use. We only send the material needed to run the requested processing.

Chapters and related workspace files are kept on our servers for up to three months, then deleted automatically. If you need a project retained longer, contact us before the retention period ends and we can discuss an extension.
